My husband and I had the greatest pleasure of working with FTC Public Adjusters for the handling of our flood claim which occurred almost a year ago. FTC Public Adjusters were vital to my success in our victory against my insurance company. FTC went to battle for me when my insurance company wanted to pay me a laughable amount to repair my severely damaged bathrooms and bedroom due to a water leak. I called FTC out of sheer desperation. I had damage to my home after Hurricane Ian and I could not get any answers or information out of my insurance company. They would not even answer the phone. So, after months of trying to get help from them, I decided to look for a public adjuster for help. I found FTC on the internet and gave them a call. The next day Khortney Byrd came to my home and explained everything to me. What a relief to have some help. Khortney was simply amazing.
